Flexitanks are suitable for a wide range of liquid bulk, both foods and chemicals, excluding IMO/ADR cargo.

The Flexitank will fit into any regular container. The capacity varies from 14,000 litres (14 KL) in a 20-foot container to 27,000 litres (27 KL) in a 40-foot container. To optimally protect your cargo, each Flexitank consists of several layers of polyethylene, with an outer layer made of polypropylene to ensure the bag’s sturdiness. The addition of a layer of aluminium allows for extra protection against temperature variations and air absorption.

Your product (for example wine) will always retain the same consistent quality during transport. A metal bulkhead, together with plastic panels, prevents the Flexitank from coming into contact with the container wall during transport.

Flexitanks are manufactured at HACCP-certified factories. The Flexitank fully meets all current FDA and EU regulations pertaining to food safety.
